"Quiet, clean, enough parking"

"A cheap and cheerful night on the outskirts of Derby. The hotel is rather hidden away and not well signposted. I checked in, room was clean with tea/coffee available. The rooms are single storey, bungalow style There is parking right outside of the rooms"

"The hotel was very good. Staff were helpful and the room I had was very clean with a very comfy bed. My stay in Mansfield was very enjoyable thanks to the very good hotel experience."

"Absolutely wonderful reception, honestly the comfiest bed I've ever slept in away from home, and the shared facilities were excellent."

"Hotel in dire need of redecoration throughout. Carpets dirty, bathrooms tired, cleanliness debatable. If you're looking for 5 star accommodation this is not for you. More focused at the lower end of the scale."

"no complaints just our room stunk of cigarettes"

"Lovely welcome!"

"Large room, very clean"

"Much improved since my last stay, check in and out very much improved.very convenient for the station "

"I go away with work most weeks and this has to be up there with one of the best places I have stayed in. Would love to come back in the summer. I’ve now booked up for my third successive week. The kitchen is perfect, plenty of work space and well laid out. Bit of confusion over the microwave until I realised it was built into the oven. Maybe do with a washing machine. Great surroundings and a great place to stay."

"Absolutely amazing!! Highly recommend!"
