"Was exactly what I needed, continental breakfast included ,only needed for a bed as I was out all day, there is off street parking if needed"

"Nice clean apartment ..Lovely quiet place.Host friendly and helpful. The accommodation is set in an area where there are nice walks.Plenty of fish in the lake.Close to visiting areas such as Lincoln Mablethorpe and Doddington Hall."

"Nice place for a short stay price very reasonable"

"Good all round stay"

"It was all in all a great stay and staff are great would recommend"

"Comfortable bed, and very convenient location. TV and wifi worked well. Had to ring to ask for towels, which arrived a little while later. The room was very damp and parts of the carpet were wet. As there was no heating on in the building everything in the room got damper. I could not have a shower on my 2nd full day because there was no way the towel from the previous day could have dried out. Shower barely warm even when turned up to max heat."

"Close to all entertainment and bed was so comfy"

"Great room owner couldn't be more helpful "

"Great staff , nice place "

"Good location"

"Stay here would stay here again"

"Really nice , quiet & clean place to stay."

"Facilities and entertainment were good accommodation was tidy apart from a inside cracked bedroom door but facilities in caravan were good and clean ."

"The hotel felt dingy and unclean. I'm sure it was nice one day, but that day was a long time ago. Also the access code to the room keys was left on the unattended reception with a list of the guest names, I'm certain this against data protection laws."

"So shops are near by as are arcades etc but the van its self needs updating. It hadn't been cleaned much as there was sand in bathrooms, dirt up the sides near dinner table cob webs etc etc but as we was staying one night we felt with it. Tho 1 bathroom the floor felt unsafe and the roof in living room looks as if bowing."

"The hut was amazing & laid our really well. Unfortunately the cleanliness was not up to my standards. There was a squished fly on the coffee table & it required dusting considerably. The bathroom was clean though. We didn't see a member of staff the whole time we were there (2 days) & to contact anyone was difficult too. The hot tub was very nice, but for the money paid I would expect a daily refill of wood. We had to buy quite a bit more to use it. Lastly, they have a carpark for all cars....

"Quiet location in a well kept grounds. All staff appeared friendly and electric car charger available was a bonus. Was disappointed with Hot tub as had to buy additional wood at £10 a bag which was not stated. Also uncomfortably warm at night. They did provide a fan but no air con, we did travel during the Summer heatwave and was really difficult to sleep. Shower also had a unpleasant smell. Overall we had a great time in a good location close to multiple nearby beaches."
