"I booked a room for one night. When I tried to check in nobody was on desk even main door was locked. I tried to call staff nobody took it. Me and my wife almost had to wait 1 hour and we exhausted. And I had to book a other hotel for stay. I recommend that no go there. It was very bad experience for me and my wife. Don’t go."

"The staff was so friendly and accommodating. It is very clean, cute, and a calm, family atmosphere. They let us drop our bags early, and the delicious prepaid breakfast is a great deal. The outdoor patio is great for a late night wind-down, and it’s across the street from a bus stop. Walkable to Wembley, and next door to peri peri chicken spots and a tesco convenience store. There’s about a 10 minute walk to a tube station. Would absolutely stay here again."
