"The staff were very friendly and helped us book taxis and Tiananmen square as well as letting us check in early, providing bottled water and letting us leave our bags in the hotel upon check out. The air conditioning and shower is good. The hotel is a little far from a metro station but taxis are cheap so it doesn’t really matter. The bed was quite hard."

Even the cleaners in the hallways greet you with a smile and when you check in, they give you extra gifts and small items for convenience for free.
