"Was good however hot water was not to good however they changed us room"

"Room was clean and staff were all great. Pool access is in one hour timeslots and you have to get on the list at the front desk, so not ideal but understandable. Our room was ok, but there were pipes or something banging the entire time we were there. Loud banging all night. None of us got any sleep. "

"We had a great experience. We loved our room, the free breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of choices, and Ravinder who greeted us at the front desk was very kind and accommodating to our family. This is going to be our new go to hotel for our trips to Calgary."

"Closet hanger was completely separated off the wall, the balcony door would not close properly and when it did close, it slammed extremely hard. The sink faucet sprayed water everywhere when turned on and the hot water was scalding. Our last morning we were rudely awaken to an extreme loud couple that rented the room at 3am for only a few hours to nothing related to sleeping. Completely unacceptable for a child to have to hear that."
