"I picked this property as it said it had laundry service. I was thinking machines that i could wash my clothes but you can avail of a laundry service but you need 13kg of clothes etc for them to do it for you as it is an outside agency. That being said the hotel was wonderful, staff were excellent. The breakfast had a lot to choose from along with the time you wanted to come eat breakfast (you picked a card with time on it so everyone wasn't showing up together). "Amazing hotel and great staff! Very clean and quiet room. Off the beaten path, but that’s what we needed, quiet area with no crowds at night. Good breakfast and they have some goods to sell in the lobby, very convenient when everything is closed already. For my American fellas, no AC is normal in Netherlands, it is never too hot comparing to US and they are green. "

"Our stay in New West was great. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Fron Desk staff are very helpful and accommodating. Special thank you to Nikki and the other FD agent with curly hair (sorry, i didn't ask her name), they are amazing! The only thing to keep in mind that rooms don't have fridges, but it could be requested for an additional cost. Location is easy to get around. Overall, if you're looking on budget accommodation, New West Inn will be a great choice. "

"It is in a great location close to central station. It’s on a very busy noise street, but the room is quiet. The chair and a stool are comfortable so we don’t have to sit on the bed all the time. The bathroom is bit of wet though because it is half opened. "

"The service from everyone working at Bunk was very good, they were friendly, professional and helpful. We enjoyed the food and drinks in the restaurant too. We had an issue with our room for the first couple of nights, as the air conditioning wasn’t working correctly. Without external windows in the summer AC is definitely needed. The staff were very responsive however and moved us to another room for the rest of our stay."
