"The only good things about this hotel is the customer service, and Netflix included, and the climate control made the room comfortable. The room is clean but everything else is lower than expected such as the bathroom is broken tiles everywhere. The un pleasant smell from the carpet carry through from the hall way to the room. The noise from the tap so loud, the room not well insulated you can hear noise when people talking in the hallway or room next door, and the busy road noise."

Rooms were basic but had everything you need breakfast was great & included in the price. only thing to note - their are stairs to the rooms - not ideal with luggage but would def stay again & recommend to family / friends .. bed was super comfy "

"The price, handy to Darling Harbor and Ferries, large and modern rooms, staff very helpful and friendly, overhaul the proximity to bars and restaurants and places of interest was great especially that we had friends from interstate staying there."
