"This is an "adult property", not a proper place to stay unless one is looking for a discrete place to have sex. I feel I was bamboozled into making this reservation and I doubt I will ever see my money back. For the record, it is a very long distance from the center of Ouro Preto. "

"É vendido um hotel magnífico porém de difícil acesso, a gestão do hotel é por whatsapp, não há nenhum gerente ao vivo . Café da manhã péssimo ( margarina e bolinho Pullman) Não existe um restaurante, existe uma cozinheira que faz sua comida e demora bastante.... No geral o hotel carece de segurança, conforto e funcionários para tudo . O hotel é caro demais e o serviço horrível ."
