"Clean room, staff was excellent. In fact we were relying on getting a taxi to the train station. We found out that there was no tacos on Sunday, even though the taxi's website said 24/7. The staff at the front desk was to help us. They took us to the train station in their personal vehicle. "

"The Cumberland inn and spa has so much potential… and yet they do not maintain the property in a manner required.
The bed mattress was well past its lifespan with sagging areas where both of us slept, the smell of room 2 is the most awful smell of cat urine we have encountered. We ended up purchasing candles and febreeze to mark the horrible stench of the room.
Lighting in the room was inadequate and made unpacking etc very difficult.
The cleanliness of the room and bathroom were not well...

"My fiancé and i had a wonderful time here. right in the heart of Berkley Springs, is is convenient to shopping, galleries and the famous hot springs.
Tom was a 5-star host! He greeted us at the door, guided us to room and couldn't have been nicer, more friendly or professional. We both felt like family here.
The room was elegant, with a gas fireplace, comfortable four-poster bed, and private bath.
Breakfast was wonderful, off a patio where Tom grows some of the veggies that find their...

"We stayed 2 nights here and loved every minute, wish we had stayed longer! The cabin was quiet, peaceful and secluded so it made for a romantic getaway. The hot tub was on a screened in deck overlooking the woods so we could enjoy the nature without the bugs. The kitchen was fully stocked with just about anything you could need. Plenty of games and books, a DVD player and 2 TVs. The bed was very soft and all the linens and towels smelled and felt fresh and clean. We would love to stay again...

"The property location was perfect in the hills of West Virginia we had a great time at nearby Berkeley Springs went to Harpers Ferry but parking was non-existent and you had to ride a bus to get there which we didn't feel like we should do with covid concerns."
