"バイクでの旅で利用させて頂きました。到着するなり案内係の方が親切に丁寧な対応をしていただけました。特にバイクだったので屋根付きの駐車場への案内は感動しました。(場所まで誘導していただきありがとうございました。) お部屋は壁が薄いのか隣のお部屋の声かテレビの音声が若干聞こえますが気にならない程度。窓からの景色は特に絶景というものはないがそれには理由がありました。(館内の温泉に入ればわかります。) 温泉は今まで数多くの温泉に入ってきましたがこちらは記憶に残るいい温泉でした。周辺は旅館やお土産店などが数軒の小さな温泉郷ですが食事前にちょっと散歩するぐらいでいい感じでした。仏足岩、湯の神様の神社、共同温泉、足湯、ホタルの里なる小川などがあります。食事がなんとも美味しく、夕食、朝食とも地の物や温泉しゃぶしゃぶなど心を揺さぶられる楽しい食事でした。また接客もお客様を大切にするホスピタリティが溢れる気持ちのいい距離感のサービスでした。米沢の広大な田圃道を走りたくなったらまた立ち寄ります。"

"コテージはとても素敵でした。お部屋は広々としていて、畳の部屋も心地よく、ゆっくりと過ごすことができました。小鳥のさえずりが聞こえる静かな環境も最高です。虫を心配していましたが、特に問題ありませんでした。ただ一点、非常に残念だったことがあります。チェックイン時に、1泊あたり3,300円の暖房費を別途請求されました。正直なところ、この金額は少し高すぎると感じます。もしExpediaの予約画面に事前に記載されていれば納得できましたが、現地で突然支払う形だったため、あまり良い気分ではありませんでした。予約時の料金に含めるか、事前に明記してほしかったです。"

"This is a big and busy resort hotel in a very scenic area. The room was large and well equipped. The staff in all departments were friendly and helpful. The included breakfast and dinner (both buffet style) were of a reasonable quality, although quite monotonous if you are there for more than one night. It is quite remarkable how badly some guests behaved when getting their food - a real “bun fight” at every meal. The restaurant staff were amazing and did everything they could to keep the tables...

"This was a nice hotel located very close to aizuwakamatsu station. It was dated- the bathroom was clean, but had a kind of old smell. The air conditioning didn’t work well, but it was cool enough to open the window. There were no laundry facilities, but there was a coin laundry pretty close by. We were given drink vouchers for each night’s stay but we didn’t use them because we felt underdressed for the restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful- we transferred luggage and they were very helpful with that. Close to a 7-eleven and restaurants were nearby. Overall a nice stay and would stay again if going to the Aizu area."
