"Check in and check out were quick and easy. The room was neat and clean and everything worked. The bed was quite firm (which I am okay with, but some people might want a little more softness). Parking was conveniently close to the door. Overall, we were pleased and would stay here again. "

"No aircon. No TV other than Thai/Japan. No service for room in 9 days, no drinking water, tiny soap, no clean towels, no clean bedding, no safe. Staff surly and miserable. Drunk/drugged/noisy guests making noise all night on their mobiles in the forecourt next to our room - no sleep until dawn then new foundations being hammered in at both side of hotel all day as redevelopment of sites around. Do Not Accept a Room Next to The Forecourt. I booked 5 months prior but this was the only room...
