"A lovely owner that did everything he could to help. Rooms were ok. Beautiful view. But we did not get any cleaning in our 4 days there. We did not even get new towels in bed sheets in 4 days. The garbage was not taken in 4 days either"

"The staff sent us to a different property managed by a friend. They overbooked the place and told us that they will not respect the reservation we made through Expedia. "Property was situated within easy walking distance of the river, what I didn’t like is the fact they had no record of me booking this hotel through you so after traveling for 12 hours I had to try to make the person behind the desc understand who couldn’t speak English that I booked it at the price advertised ( fortunately I printed a copy off ) and not what they were trying to charge me"
