"Well maintained property. The pool is refreshing and has a children’s area. The location is ideal, across the street from Luquillo beach and the kiosks. Breakfast is adequate. All staff are friendly and helpful. There is a parking fee if you have a car on the property."

Checking in was easy and staff was helpful. Rooms clean and ac keeps room cold. One recommendation, the continental breakfast nices to be enhanced. With the island and it's abundant fruits, some type of juice should be available and maybe a variety of actual fruit also. "Parking cost adds up (had to pay parking even for 15min checkin). Room next to water stinks due to stagnant water/parked boats and so cant enjoy balcony. Smell creeps inside if AC is OFF or doors opened. "

"Not very happy with the cleanness. Instead of concetrating in so many rules of bringing personal coolers, the property needs to concentrate in fumigation of insects. My husband and I got bit all over our bodies with idk what mosquitoes/fleas/bed bugs. Also little red worms crawling into our room."

"The property was easy to find, and everything was clean and ready when I arrived. Some areas looked a bit worn, with minor peeling paint and chipped wood, but overall it was a good stay.
If you’re sensitive to noise, they provide earplugs for nighttime sounds from animals and insects, though it didn’t bother me. Breakfast was available throughout the day, and I especially enjoyed the hot chocolate.
