"We were greeted at the desk as we walked in with a gentleman that was so polite, informative, and very helpful. The housekeeper was so nice and provided us with everything we needed. There was a new employee at the desk, but she was informative and gave us info on things to do and greatplaces to shop. If I come back out here to San Francisco, I will definitely stay here again."

"The staff was lovely, the beds were super comfortable, the pillows were super comfortable, I love that it had a bathtub and they accommodated our request to get a ground level unit. It was a beautiful hotel, much better than I expected. I would highly recommend this hotel."
