We spent two nights here, everything to our satisfaction. Very good ‘breakfast in pleasant surroundings. Fantastic view feom our bedroom and balcony overlooking the town

Hi I would just like to say I travel all over the world. And this hotel stands out about the architecture about the quality of the rooms the breakfast very nice. The manager was really very helpful and he could not do enough for me regarding my parking. I would say to anybody this is a very very nice hotel and appreciate the quality. And I'm sure I will be back here regarding work and I will stay again in this hotel. Keep up the good work.phil

Everything is excellent, the breakfast is the most ultimate and had a lots and lots of food. Beautiful

Loved this hotel. Rooms were clean, the air conditioning worked. The breakfast was fresh everyday and a great range. Close to the main sights and easy to get to from the stations. It is up a steep hill but the castle lift is close by.

Lovely

Room was lovely great value and lovely staff

Excellent stay and close to the centre. Too many generic emails so we missed the important information about the correct way to the hotel to avoid car restrictions.

Velké, prostorné a moderní pokoje.

Excellent Super thoughtful 💯✌

A very quiet hotel hidden on a small square a few steps from the Spring Colonnade and the centre of Karlovy Vary.

Basic accomodation clean friendly and convenient

Fabulous, hotel room and dinning room , nice staff at reception.

Everything was good in that hotel. The staff is very friendly, the room was clean and tall, the bathroom is shinning. Perfect for some time away to rest. I went there in low season (in the middle of winter), so there was not so much people around and that, maybe, changed my view of the hotel. We used the SPA services of the hotel (pool, whirlpool, massage) and it looked like it was only for us. I really don't know how it works on summer, but in winter worth the visit. The only problem is the...

Lovely stay. Was slightly confused with the parking but turned out I was able to park in the large public carpark opposite (I hope anyway). Very comfortable room with TV and fridge. Receptionist spoke very good english which was nice. Comfy bed. Good shower. Couldn’t fault it honestly, was great value too and in walking distance to the town.
