"Great place"

"A lovely, relaxing spot. What really stood out was the staff—they were exceptionally attentive and made us feel right at home. Breakfast was straightforward but satisfying, providing great fuel for active days. The lagoon setting is gorgeous, and having direct kayak access along with a handy shop right next door made the entire experience seamless"

"La dirección que muestran en el mapa no es, dice que esta en el centro y no esta, esta afuera de la ciudad eso no me gustó y me tube que mover de hotel"

"Solo back packer from canada stayed 6 nights Good place great location and well run by nice family Everything worked Would stay again "

"I have stayed at Poza Clara Sanctuary several times, and it is the best small hotel in Bacalar. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The included breakfast is delicious, substantial, with plenty of options. The garden and pool area is beautiful and relaxing. It is in walking distance to the lagoon and center of town. I highly recommend this charming little sanctuary, and I will certainly return."
