"Staff was horrible with the exception of 2 people Abel and the bell boy.. they were the nicest people in the entire facility. I would never go again… the rest of the staff seem to have an attitude problem and looked like they didn’t want to be there or help the hotel guest. My first night there my room got flooded with water that came out of the restroom from the shower. The food was not good. I felt like it was unsanitary.
