"I had high expectations for this hotel. Based on the review, I expected professionalism and comfort. After paying online (EVERYTHING), I had issues at checkout. Even though I had proof of payment of my stay through Hotels.com, the agent at reception still asked me to pay for additional taxes. I mentioned to him that I paid for it online while showing him the receipt. He insisted that I should pay an additional $7 in USD to cover for city taxes. "It’s a brand new property and to get there the address is absolutely different from the location of the property . The customer service is horrible . Air condition did not work and no one was there to repair till the next day . We had electrify issues no one at the reception until 11 pm . It’s not a place I will recommend with that kind of customer service "
