"Cute hotel with a great location close to Saint Mark's Basilica. Huge tub, but we couldn't get the jets to work. Spacious bedroom has all the beds in it for our family of three. Very weird maze like hallway system. We had to go to the second floor to walk down a set of stairs back to the first floor to get to our room."

"We took a water bus to the stop and as we disembarked we were worried about how to get to the hotel, and after only walking about 10 steps we saw the front door. "Very cute quaint hotel just a 10 minute walk from the main parking garage of Venice, with a canal on two sides of the hotel. Easy access to boat transportation to anywhere in and around Venice, including to the islands of Murano and Burano. A 15-20 walk to the famous Rialto Bridge and Plaza San Marco through the myriads of small streets, canals and shops. "

"Nice property right near the Rialto bridge so very convenient to get the water taxis to and from the train station. We were hoping to have a small canal view but our room overlooked the building right next door. Room was small but very functional. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. "Great classic Venetian home converted to hotel. Rooms are decorated with classic furniture and Murano chandeliers, clean sheets and comfortable bed. Bathroom needed some work, toilets flush was stuck and kept getting stuck unless you moved the level by hand, bided do not drain it was shut closed level to open it didn’t work, showers bit small and dated."
