"On arrival we were greeted by a very friendly receptionist who spoke perfect English...our check in was quick and efficient...the room was spotless...beds and pillows very comfortable...our room was at the back so nice and quiet...underground parking major plus...had seen lots of negative reviews so was sceptical...but the friendliness of all the staff including the cleaners...I would happily stay there again. "
