"Excellent service. They were very kind and thoughtful. Ben was very comfortable. No air conditioning but with the windows open the room was plenty cold. Street was quiet so open windows was not an issue. The bath was so nice for my achy muscles. Also this is the only hotel on my trip to have lotion. My cracked hands appreciate it. Room was also very cute. My favorite hotel 8 days into my trip."

"Second time staying here. Great again. Beautiful setting and rooms. Staff is minimal off season but always wonderful. We were arriving later in the evening, past check in time, but she agreed to wait for us. But did it in a very positive way, and that is what makes something better or special.
