"24 hour staff were great for check in (I arrived 1am from a late flight). Room was tidy and I received a free upgrade. Daily room clean and laundry if required. Complimentary breakfast was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities were great too especially the gym. Very affordable for the rooms and service provided."

"Behaved like a new hotel, tried to over price pre booked room stating peak season. Rushed check out resulting in forgetting a wrist watch. Over priced lunch buffet which is not value for money. With a kid in tow unnecessary rush created for check out, checked in an hour late, hotel key card was disabled leading to room not getting open to speed up check out. Made guest wait to check if room amenities were in working condition, meaning guests were not trusted."

"We didn’t know quite what to expect from a “Homestay” what a great experience. The property is a short walk from the beach We had a lovely spacious room. Air conditioning & Wi Fi Marco Polo and his team were so helpful and couldn’t do enough to make our stay so relaxing. The home cooked food was excellent and they even popped out to get anything we asked for they didn’t have. On site is a beautiful Spa , we had great massages from Mishima and Suni. V relaxing.
