"What I have to say about this hotel is that all staff are friendly, knowledgeable and a credit to the hotel. My room was absolutely spotless (massive credit to housekeeping), really well appointed, comfortable bed with a lovely modern bathroom…just don’t look out of the window! My wooden windows were going rotten, a bit like the whole of the outside building. This hotel needs a lot of money spending on the actual building to bring it up to scratch. I feel sorry for the staff, as I kind of felt...

"Spacious room. Relatively basic but cheap for the area. Spacious walk in shower. Very clean. Bed comfortable. Quiet despite being situated in a large motorway service station. Plenty of food options in the service station. "
