"The staff was good, the place was good, all the other things were good, but the Thalassery restaurant had fewer people in the staff; the staff member who was taking the order was the one who was preparing it. I think he might be getting a salary for waiter and chef both! Therefore, the wait for breakfast doubled; it took an hour for the order to come to the table. Also, one thing is that the restaurant is inside the hotel, and breakfast starts at 8.30 am not sharp."

Sterling Govardhana MalampuzhaPalakkad
8.0 trên 10, Rất tốt, (5 nhận xét)
"We stayed for two days because of the property’s proximity to Malampuzha Gardens, but the experience was disappointing compared with our previous stay at Sterling Athirappilly. The staff were less welcoming, the food was mediocre, and both the breakfast buffet and restaurant menu offered limited choices, with no visible egg options and unavailable tandoori items.
The outdoor dining area was uncomfortable due to the heat, lack of fans, and mosquitoes. The bathroom was also poorly designed:...

"We (2 adults and 2 kids) had a pleasant stay at Stumpfields. It is 500 meters above Ooty town and within half an hour driving distance. This picturesque place is quiet, serene and well-maintained. Plenty of small and medium sized birds can be seen in and around the property. Breakfast prepared by the staff was very good and homely and the rooms are well maintained. The access to the property is steep, narrow and the terrain is little rugged, so be prepared and experience is needed to get to the...
