The building (built in 1830) was excellently maintained, and furnishings/decor struck the perfect balance between period and modern. "My husband and I booked our stay pretty last minute, and we were so glad we did! Benn Conger Inn was a lovely property with kind, inviting staff. The room was perfectly clean with a view to the quaint backyard where we could enjoy the fall foliage and even spot deer passing through. Breakfast was absolutely phenomenal-- fresh baked muffins, local coffee, made-to-order omelettes, and more! It was a quick drive to surrounding larger towns as well. Overall would absolutely recommend."

"Enjoyed my stay at this great motel. Stayed in one of the cottages with a full kitchen for best part of a week. Very comfortable. It's in a great location for the various state parks in the region with their many waterfalls - Robert H Treman and Buttermilk are 2 minutes drive, Taughannock 20 minutes, and central Ithaca is less than 10 minutes. Friendly and very helpful staff. Recommended."

"Rented the place for two days trip with 4 other friends. It’s was very nice to be there. Downstairs bedroom is dirty the carpet needs to be changed and also the windows are dirty. Overall excellent job though out the house we were very comfortable. I will definitely recommend it. "

"We had a fabulous time at this property. Jeff, the host, was close by if we had a question (or to share some breakfast with him!). The home was comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. It was a great location for what we had planned.....hiking waterfalls in the area. It was close to grocery stores in Ithaca, and shopping too. When, and if, we are back in the area, we will definitely book again with Jeff!! Thank you Jeff!!! "
