"We arrived in 32 degrees and the room was almost warmer than that, air conditioning couldn’t cool the room down, so a night almost without any sleep. The refrigerator was also not working and we mentioned that 2 times for the staff, end of the story- we could have another refrigerator next morning, only a one night stay so that was not helping us. "We loved this hotel. Close to Verona if you have a car. The property is really nice and the hotel room was clean and quiet. Breakfast is tasty and the coffe is made at the moment by this lady who was very nice. All the staff was very nice specially at my check in. "

"Our room was clearly newly renovated and we felt it was exceptionally clean. The lobby area is very clean and renovated. The gym was spacious and had everything you needed for a good workout, although machines are quite dated they are functional. The pool area was also very clean and loungers were comfortable. The pool did look like it needed cleaning on the sides and bottom of the pool so we didn’t go in. Staff were very friendly and helpful. "
