"The property was rated as ocean front but it is about 2 1/2 blocks away you can see the ocean in a distance.. if you walk take mosquito spray they will eat your flesh.. there is a standing water area you have to walk by to get to the beach.. i would say it would be accurate to say you are a 10-12 minute walk by the beach not oceanfront. "The house is beautiful! Everything was clean and ready for our early check in. The Owner was so polite and responsive. We had no issies but he checked in on us during our stay via text and that made it so nice to know if we did need something he would be available!
