"This property needs serious updating from the rooms to dining experience . The major benefit to this hotel is the location . We were very disappointed in the dining and lack of quality options for a hotel this size . You could tell there was a staffing shortage with the long wait to get our bill . The food option was minimal and the quality of what was ordered was to be desired . The rooms although spacious was outdated. Our rooms had mold on the shower curtains, cracks in the bathroom walls...

"Clean room. Room didn’t smell bad. Air conditioning was working well and wasn’t loud. Beds were very clean and comfortable. Coffee and water was in the room for free. Staff was very friendly and accommodating."

"Yes for us beach view was excellent! My wife love it. From the 8th floor! The staff was unbelievable and willing to help in anyway needed. Sorry didn’t eat breakfast in the hotel ate it at I hop just a short walk."

"We normally love this hotel for the close access to the beach, water view, breakfast, close proximity to restaurants and shopping and their helpful and friendly staff. Unfortunately when we arrived this time they were undergoing an extensive renovation. Nothing wrong with fixing a place up, but there was no mention of this on their website or when we made our reservation. Our room was great and had comfortable beds and bedding, some new furniture, etc. We were sent next door to their sister...

"Room was not as advertised. There were several bugs, including cockroaches in our room and the room our friend stayed in. Breakfast was mediocre and I found a hair in my oatmeal on day one. Pool was freezing cold and the hot tub was broken which was not communicated until we arrived. The staff was mediocre as well. I asked for a pack and play for our baby thinking they would bring it to our room but instead I had to lug it up with pillows and blankets as well. Nobody was going out of their way...

"This was a good hotel for two nights prior to a cruise. They allow guests to park in their lot throughout the cruise with no additional cost, which is nice. The hotel is definitely a vintage traditional motel from back in the day, so there is wear and tear. Thankfully the rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable. We were also in a beach-facing room which was nice. Note: they do not automatically have hairdryers in the room (I definitely panicked a little at first). When I called the office...
