We paid and reserved and didn't know what to do, because we got the reservation number and they couldn't find it. "After reading all the reviews before our trip, I was honestly prepared for the worst, but our experience turned out to be completely different. Overall, everything was absolutely fine and we really enjoyed our stay. The only downside was that the check-in process took a little longer than expected. Other than that, the staff were amazing, from the team at reception to everyone working in the restaurant. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful I think this hotel is particularly great for families with children. The seawater pool is a big plus, the beaches are very close by, and the location overall is excellent. Room was also perfectly fine and comfortable for our family Overall, we had a really enjoyable stay, and most importantly, our child absolutely loved it. We would happily stay here again"
