"My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. Every member of the front desk staff that we interacted with were so kind! The room was clean and as advertised. There is a cute speak easy with a great view of downtown. Parking is expensive but there are plenty of cheaper overnight garages in walking distance. The elevators are slow so just give yourself time when leaving. Overall great experience and would stay again! "

"We were greeted by a friendly front desk attendant! Our room was great, clean and orderly. Water in the bathroom sink and shower was not very warm. When we mentioned this to the front desk, she said they were currently addressing the issue. The complementary breakfast was over the top! Anything you could’ve possibly wanted for breakfast was there including someone to plate your food for you and even make an omelette for you! Just a block from the Toyota Center and Discovery Green the location...

"The hotel was extremely clean. The gym was neat, clean and organized. The room was also very clean. The best Best Western I’ve ever stayed in. Staff was very friendly and accommodating from the security guard, to the front desk staff, the staff doing breakfast and cleaning the rooms. If I’m ever in Houston again, this would definitely be my first choice!!!!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Reside. The apartment was clean, the staff were very helpful, and the coffee bar was a nice touch. We were pleasantly surprised that our apartment came with a jacuzzi tub. Great experience! Can't wait to visit again. :)"
