"Yes room was ice cold and breakfast was wonderful!!"

"The property itself is beautiful. The hotel is very nice and the amenities are what attracted me initially. The person working at the front desk on my night stay was very rude not hospitable at all, unfriendly wasn't inviting. She rushed us not allowing us to enjoy the whole experience. Because we have never been to that hotel we asked what floor our room was. She seemed annoyed asked her about any of the amenities she either ignored us or again was annoyed didn't inform us of using the key card for the elevator which we figured out on our own it was just a bad experience. She was not friendly. She should not be working in the front with guests. When you have a bad experience like that, it just removes the warm and relaxing feeling you should have when you're a guest visiting the area. "

"The Moxy was a great spot! GREAT VIBES! The only thing is there was construction right next door and the train is loud if you are trying to sleep in it’s not going to happen. Overall it was a great place if you are a city person it’s perfect for solo trip.💪"

"First off the staff from manager to the staff were very courteous and attentive to all needs. For the money you would expect breakfast to be included or at least breakfast bar for a flat fee. Rooms we’re starting to really show wear."

"When it comes to the staff ALMOST every interaction with the front desk felt dizzy! No one was knowledgeable about what was what when it came to extra charges on the card. I have attached th booking pic. However $100 was held for deposit then the day of check OUT I was charged an additional $100 no knowledge/warning for the reason and spent 3 days getting back the extra $100."
