"The hotel is conveniently located in the centre of Queen West, with ample public parking across the street. The security and customer service were excellent and 24 access to your room. The room was clean and cozy and very warm for the cold December night. The bathroom and shower were clean and everything worked well. The bed was immaculately white and clean and comfortable. "I stayed here with my family and it's was the best decision we made , it's was few mins drive and walking distance to every where , the night view is breathtaking , the communication was clear and the staff was very polite and responsive , the apartment was clean , we had arrived very early and with little kids we were giving an opportunity to check in early at no extra cost something very rare Overall it's was a great place to stay and great experience We would definitely book again "

"Check in, especially after hours, is non-orthox when compared to checking in at a hotel. If you FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS, it works very well. Property is very nice and modern and located in a supurb location. Very secure building and underground parking. Lots of amenities in the apartment and surrounding area. Staff was friendly, helpful and very responsive. I highly recommend."
