"Spent 14 nights at this hotel in July & August 2025. The hotel staff and facilities are listed as 3 Star, but I would rate them as 5 Star! Everyone working at the hotel was lovely & helpful, with special mention to Leo and his breakfast superheroes. Minor drawbacks were the small rooms and the hotel location, as its quite a distance away from Downtown Dubai. The free shuttle bus to Dubai Parks & Resorts and the City Centre was excellent."

"This hotel have very good location. Around you can find restaurantes, shopping to buy dairy things, ice cream, etc, the metro is around 6 min from hotel. You can make the card nool and use metro, bus and boats to cross to Deira ( gold market )"

"Convenient place to stay, close to the outlet mall and the red dunes, convenient location based on the activities you are looking to do and if you are a regular going to Dubai, really clean and staff was amazing, really helpful and diligent, breakfast option was amazing every morning, with a good balanced diet of carbs and protein, the location is very new and welcoming"
