"Corner room with balcony is a good option. A nice hotel but we felt overpriced unless there’s an offer on by Hyatt off. Dining area needs a revamp. Don’t bother with the buffet evening meal as it’s not particularly good & is expensive for the quality provided. There are a number of decent beach facing restaurants facing the beach too the right of the Andaz. Overall our stay was good but not great. "

"Das Zimmer war sauber aber die Möbel waren stark abgenutzt. Im Badezimmer war die Wandverkleidung überall offen die Toilettenspülungen in beiden Badezimmern war defekt und ist ununterbrochen gelaufen. Die ganze Woche wurde extrem laute Bauarbeiten durchgeführt. Das kann passieren ist auch nicht schlimm aber hatte mit Urlaub leider nichts zu tun da ab früh morgens extrem laut gebohrt wurde und das über Stunden. An ausschlafen war leider nicht zu denken. Dafür wurde uns einmal eine kostenlose...

"For that price, everything should have been better. The towels were old, thin, and unpleasant. There were visible marks on the ceiling as if the upstairs neighbors had flooded the apartment — the surface material was bubbling and uneven. The area next to the elevators constantly smelled like trash. There was a large trash bag left there, and we saw it every single day during our stay. The check in process wasn’t smooth, as none of the apartments which we booked was ready on time. "

Housekeeping staff for room 508 were superb, 11/10. Reception staff so helpful as well as concierge. Chefs in the restaurant were so friendly, patient and helpful. The standout of this hotel was how excellent the staff are. "
