"The staff was super awesome. They were very knowledgeable, kind, and great at their jobs. The rooftop bar is beautiful with great servers/ bartenders as well as the restaurant down stairs. Personally the food wasn’t my favorite especially compared to the food that is around but that’s not to say it was bad, just not my first pick. The one thing that was actively annoying was the parking situation, my husband and I agreed we’d stay here again but one thing that makes us look at other options is...

"These are dormitory sized rooms with no frills and limited storage. The shower was nice but there was almost zero water pressure in the sink. The lighting plan needs improvement. The bedside lamps are unusable without using the wall sconce which creates a choice between a desk lamp ( dim lighting) or full brightness.
The morning coffee service delivered up a beverage that was lukewarm making it an unused perk.
The bright spot is the staff who were all wonderful.
This is a budget choice in a...

"Great location, friendly helpful and court staff and rooms were very nice. However, they were lacking in housekeeping. The 3 stayed nights and my room was never cleaned. Daily, I had to take old towels to housekeeping and get new towels along with TP or anything else I needed. Same with coffee, you have to get coffee supplies from the front desk. I would stay here again, but would definitely let them know some improvement is needed in housekeeping."

"Everything was great - the pool, the gym, the room, a very nice breakfast buffet, secure entry, courteous staff, etc. The on-site parking fee comes to about $18/day, which can be taken out of the refundable $50 Incidentals deposit you pay on arrival. I checked in on Sat, out on Sun, and the $32 difference was credited back to my account by Mon morning. No complaints whatsoever."
