"I’ve always booked as a solo person but had no idea that you charge per person in nicaragua. It was awkward that they didn’t tell me at check - in so that was a bit annoying as I paid twice the price. But supposedly she gave me a discount at least. "

"The bathroom had a terrible smell, but we talk to the guy at the front desk and he was able to accomodate us in another room, very nice guy. Overall it's not bad, the staff was good, but I found it too expensive for what you get. We stayed there for 2 nights and found another hotel for less than half the price for the third night and the room was almost the same as Yalta. It's not worth the price, I would pay $60 per night in Yalta not $120 as we did"

"I booked my wife and I in for a 4 days over Christmas. It as a bit last minute and an not normally an eco lodge vacationer. Wow! Awesome spot, great rooms (though, be prepared to use the fans!), excellent food, and fantastic staff. It is a small, 9-10 unit place, with pool, dining, spa, yoga, surfing, paddle boarding, and the beach. The owners, Gary and Dee, met us and settled us into the place and launched us on a paddle board before having to head to Managua for Christmas with their kids....
