"No AC so the room was hot. We opened the window which helped a little but was very noisy due to being on a busy street and made the room smell of car exhaust. The bathroom was dirty with hair on the floor, empty toilet paper, and empty soap. The linens were also dirty with black smears on the pillows. "

"La situation proche des monuments historiques. L’hôtel devait être très bien à son ouverture, mais n’a jamais subi d’entretiens. Moquette sale, papiers peints déchirés, robinetterie hors d’usage, ampoules grillées. Eau à peine tiède la douche matinale ça réveille !!! Mais le personnel très accueillant et à notre écoute."
