"Older Marriot. Bathroom tight. Door barely and inch from toilet. Apparently someone was trying to get into room a little after 10. (Probably wrong room) I did call down to front desk and told person working. I was put on hold for almost 10 min and when he came back on line asked if he could help me. I told him again and his response was there is only one person in the room and put on hold again. I then hung up. Spoke with morning gentlemen about this and said response from evening person was not...

"Stayed overnight and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Clean, spacious modern rooms with very comfortable beds. We used valet parking at $25 and it was very convenient. Would return again if we ever found ourselves back in Ithaca. "
