"Hotel was great option for travelling on from Heathrow. It was clean and the staff were all lovely. The room was a good size. Couldn’t give it 5/5 as the sofa bed for our daughter was so uncomfortable. That is only complaint. "

A very convenient place to commute to - either a H5H shuttle bus or one of the local busses (706 or 709… I don’t remember exactly) will take you from the terminal to the airport in less than 10 mins. "This would have been an amazing hotel 30 years ago but is in desperate need of £5m spending on it. Staff were all very pleasant, rooms very tired, no heating so had a plug in radiator. Beds were terrible. Location and outer building both great"
