"I was very surprised to be given a room in a separate out building, down a flight of steps or a long walk down the drive to get to a ramp, I am disabled and have a blue badge, the only available disabled parking bay was near the rear door of the hotel ie a long walk to the room I was given! I did ask for a room in the hotel but was told they were all taken"

"Nice clean rooms, courteous staff. In a great area, with a walkable street near the 2 rivers. Lots of nice restaurants. Parking cost 12 pounds, but no in and out. But lots to do without leaving. Like the late checkout at noon. Would stay at premier inns again"
