"The natural beauty surrounding the resort is stunning. Views of the volcano from the balcony were spectacular. We spent each morning on our balcony with a cup or two of coffee. Toucans paid us a vist twice. The staff did all they could to ensure our needs were met, and they're friendly and polite demeanor was so very much appreciated. A special shout out to Adrian and Nicole at the reception desk and all the restaurant staff. Plenty of activities in the area kept us busy. Animal sightings...

"Very nice territory, well maintained. Amazing gardener, he has a lot of passion and love for his work - he is a heart of this garden. "I loved staying at the La fortuna Lodge! We had breakfast included with our stay and it was delicious. The rooms and property were kept clean. The staff were very welcoming and helpful with any questions we had, they even helped us with ordering a shuttle to our next stay in Jaco. I would definitely love to stay here again. "
