"Double room sea view - 5th floor corner. Lovely space and clean room, although windows could do with a good clean both inside and out. I found mattress a bit hard, my partner loved it. Perhaps a mini fridge would be good. Gurgling sounds from toilet - at times - but not serious enough to keep you awake. Great location and view. Handy to amenities. Polite, attentive and excellent customer service - staff were amazing. A dimmer would be good for each beside lamp to make it a brighter for reading. Top floor gets hot during the day - it was mid spring and the temperature was around 15 degrees - I can imagine summertime would be extremely hot. There is no air con, but the hotel has fans. Apart from those insignificant niggles, my stay here was very comfortable. Would recommend"

"The hotel staff were amazing. We were there for the marathon and they allowed us to leave our luggage and then let us return later for a shower. It was an unexpected treat which we were so grateful for as it allowed us to freshen up and not have to drive home sweaty. Thank you"
