"We, family of 6 stayed there for 5 nights in dec21. Pros: 1. Spacious rooms with powerful heater in place. 2. Good breakfast. Dinner is lip smackingly delicious. 3. Great heritage properry. 4. Very good service Cons: 1. The approach road to the property is very very steep."

"Really enjoyed staying there. Whole staff was very friendly. Liked the folk music during high tea. Enjoyed playing in the swimming pool with kids and other sports like table tennis, carrom, chess. Cafeteria was also very good. Located on the bank of the river which had less water, so in the evening we could sit on the river stones and wash our feet in flowing water. All in all it was a great experience. "

"This hotel is a joke. This is nothing compared to a 5 star hotel or a resort. It's more like an Inn/Motel. Don't be fooled by the pictures on expedia. Roaches all over. Bed bugs under the blanket. Very unhygienic, especially if your traveling with a kid. Extremely disappointed. We checked out in less than 2 days. Additionally they only refunded for 1 night, not both nights. Terrible people. Food was alright though!"

"This hotel is booking jungle safaris and looting people as their safari drivers are horrible, dinner is fine but breakfast is bad though the food staff is courteous but the reception staff is clueless. Rooms are spacious but services are poor."
