"チェックイン時に予約が入っていないと言われ、Hotels.com と確認するも予約は存在しており、原因分からないまま1時間以上待たされ、とりあえず仮のチェックインをさせてくれるという話になるも、予約した部屋が無いという事でまた20分程待たされ、やっとアップグレードしてvillaタイプの部屋に案内されました。 まあ、以上の事は事故としてホテル側の好意でアップグレードしてくれたのでチャラとしましょう。 良い点 このエリアでは唯一の高級ホテルで、梅里雪山飛来寺観景台の隣でレストランや売店も近くに色々あり、飛来寺にも歩いて行けるなど立地も抜群。 お風呂のお湯の勢いと温度、シャワーの圧は十分、石鹸類にはLoccitaneを採用など、アメニティーも充実。 トラブル対応に出てきたホテルマンはしっかりと対応してくれ、流石5つ星、と思えました。 要改善点 カーテンがネバネバしていて触った後に手を洗う必要があり、シーツもシワや汚れが有り、5つ星ホテルとしての清潔さに少し疑念を抱く。 チェックイン時に対応した若者は「Checkin please...

Danba lies in a valley near the east border of Ganzi province in southwestern China. Snow-capped mountains tower in the distance over the lower grasslands and valleys.
