"This is NOT a hotel! The front desk explained that it is a condo rental. That means you do not get any cleaning, even with a8 night stay. And you get 1 bath towel, nothing else. No replacement towels, and no hand towel or washcloths. And you get 1 roll of toilet paper, then you have to buy it yourself. Having said that, the front desk staff was very helpful, when they were present. And it is only 1 block to the beach. If you have a larger rental car, beware of the enclosed parking spaces...

"Lovely spotlessly clean room with large balcony. Food and service was superb . Excellent breakfast. . Our only disappointment was the small internal bar area which lacked atmosphere - and sometimes staff ! We will happily stay again on our next visit to the Vendee."
