un court séjour, très agréable, piscine aux horaires élargis, personnel très souriant et serviable, la clim dans les chambres serait un plus (les fenetres étaient fermées à notre arrivée d'où la chaleur la premiére nuit) seul bémol la terrasse du bar nécessiterait un petit coup de balai( ça sent la fin de saison) le club est au calme , accés au port à pied

Le séjour aurait pu être bien

Le séjour était bien. Le restaurant en demi pension assez bien. Chambre linge de lit propre, serviettes aussi par contre poussière non faite : support papier toilette plein de poussière, dessus de télévision et tête de lit aussi. Vitres de la chambre non faite depuis longtemps (chambre 229) Piscine un peu fraîche. Jacuzzi en panne durant tout le séjour alors que nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour son jacuzzi

Sehr schön gelegen mit Sicht auf den Atlantik, in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, tolle Architektur, Wellness und Sportbereich, Sauna, Fitness, div. Anwendungen. Im Vergleich zur Ausstattung und Service konnte der Restaurantbesuch mit dem angebotenen Abendmenü und dem Frühstücksbuffet nicht überzeugen. Viele Speisen fast kalt, oder nicht rechtzeitig nachgereicht, vergleichsweise wenig Auswahl, fehlendes Besteck, Servietten ect. Hier gibt es noch reichlich Luft nach oben. Schade, für ein sonst sehr schönes und interessantes Hotel.

Un moment très agréable, partagé en famille, bien être, détente et repos, les maîtres mot du week-end.. Chambre très confortable et propre. Petit-déjeuner parfait pour un instant gourmand. Seul bémol, l'accueil sans sourire, dommage.... mais j'y retournerai malgré tout.

Presque parfait...juste dommage pour la piscine.

super séjour. tout était parfait sauf piscine trop froide, et le jacuzzi n'est pas un vrai jacuzzi...eau froide puisque c'est celle de la piscine, et pas vraiment de bulles...en dehors de ce point négatif, tout était super. le resto, les animations, la propreté, le personnel toujours souriant et sympa...le spectacle le soir au top !

La restauration dommage que notre séjour à mal commencé nous nous sommes retrouvés à côté des travaux sans parler des solvants des 8h du matin voir propreté au abord de la piscine avant de rentrer dans la piscine faire attention à se que tout le monde prenne sa douche et pas une certaine catégorie de personnes

Chambre avec odeur d'egout tout le sejour de 6 nuits,malgré l'intervention de la maintenance. Ce problème, d'apres l'accueil est bien connu, et pourtant cette chambre est mise a la location au prix normal. Aucun geste commercial proposé ce qui n'est pas correct pour un 3 etoiles. A l'arrivée pas d'aquagym, malgré l'offre incluse. Professeur qui a fait un malaise malheureusement et remplacé par un animateur a la derniere minute qui a fait ce qu'il pouvait. Pas prevenu avant et toujours pas de geste commercial. Seul point tres positif : la Restauration tres bonne. Venu pour se detendre, et reparti fatiguée !!

Pour le prix d'une nuitée, je trouve que les services ne sont pas a la hauteur, pas de room service, pas grand choix au niveau du petit déjeuner côté salé. Le personnel au niveau de l'accueil n'est pas très aimable et souriant. L'entrée à 17 heure est tardive, et le départ est très tôt, on ne peut pas profiter de la piscine. Sinon le calme de l'établissement fait beaucoup de bien.

Séjour au top

Au top, l’hôtel a été restauré en grande partie et il est vraiment top, la piscine intérieur et extérieur sont spacieuses et propres , le mobilier intérieur et extérieur est très jolie et confortable. L’accès direct au port est un + et n’hésitez pas à louer vos vélo chez Dinovélo situé à 300m de l’hôtel . Le personnel est très agréable, nous reviendrons !
