"Stayed here for two nights and really enjoyed it. We had an apartment just off the main building with a private bedroom, a large bed, and a single bed in the living area. "Room was clean and well organized, bed was super comfy and I really enjoyed my herbal pillow! Breakfast buffet was a stunning start to the day and all the staff were very helpful with questions. Spa area was lovely, be sure to give it a try. Only thing I would have appreciated was a mini fridge in the room; as a solo traveler I had to choose my dinners carefully so I did not end up with leftovers and nowhere to put them. Either way would absolutely stay here again!"

"I would highly recommend this hotel. Place was really clean and cozy to stay. The breakfast is worth it, it has really good variety. Also dinner at the japanese is very good. The room was very comfortable and had a nice view of the mountains. Bathroom was very clean and had a japanese bidet (iykyk). I would only just be careful of the location, it is a 25 min walk from station (most of it uphill). There is a bus that goes to the hotel every 30 mins but it stops after 6:45 pm, we had to walk...

"This was the quintessential hotel. It was perfectly located and absolutely beautiful. The staff could not have been any more accommodating and delightful! The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable. The only thing that I would suggest to them is to provide larger bath towels. Aside from that, it was an exceptional stay and I would absolutely go back. And the views were outstanding."
