" Hotel is in a good location. Our basement room was disappointing in that the bathroom door didn't close properly and the soap dispenser fell off the wall in the shower when used. I didn't like that the shower head was imbedded high on the wall and no way to manouvre it. Our dirty coffee cups were not replaced nor the coffee / milk replenished. "

"I've stayed here many times over the years and its a decent enough hotel. Rooms are a little dated but fit for purpose. Location is great for Glasgow west end. Staff are great and breakfast is decent enough also. Large car park but might be chargeable. Havent ate there often but its pretty expensive from what I can remember."

"I am a solo traveler, and I found this hotel to be a perfect option for me. It was nice, clean, and modern. The hotel staff was very welcoming. I didn’t choose a very spacious room, but it was impressively clean, quiet, and livable, and the bed was quite comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean, with a nice shower. "Bed base/mattress saggy in the middle No loo brush to clean the toilet!!!"

"The hotel is conveniently located, includes free parking in a multi story car park (with very low headroom so any tall vehicles will not fit), and although from the outside it's just a concrete box, the staff were very nice, the room was spacious, recently renovated, air conditioned and quiet. The room was spotless and the shower was powerful and hot. The wifi was fast. Amazing quality and value for the price. "
