"Amazing place, every room well equipped even has a playroom and a pool! We did not use it because of the cold weather but will go again!"

"We had a fabulous time at the house. We had one issue with the A/C but it was resolved very quickly with the owner. The home was clean and lovely. We enjoyed the place and rested, relaxed by the pool and cooked fresh pizza in the kitchen. The spaces and 3 rooms each with a bathroom was luxury. The location was right next to Publix supermarket and bealls outlet. Communication with owner was quick and efficient. Easy access to 27 and 17-92 Haines city and into Winter Haven."

" Spoke to guy managing the property a day before, asked if the pool was heated, he said yes, turns out that was a lie. Is not heated. AC on the second floor was at 80 degrees at night, contacted him and he said he will send a technician the next day, he never did, bunch of lies. "

"This house was exactly what we were hoping for!!! It was clean and very comfortable and entertaining. My family and I enjoyed our stay. They were very easy to get in touch with when I had a question. "

"1 would like to place a complaint. There was a foul smell in the house upon arriving. Last night we had looked around to see if we could find the smell but nothing was found. My husband opened the microwave, attempting to heat his left overs and he found a tray of food with mold. It clearly has been there for a while. We were unable to use the microwave. And it smells so foul. I can send a picture of what we found. Also, no one ever responded to my messages. I probably won’t be doing this...
