"I haven’t received check in details and had to call numerous callers to get the night staff to supply check in card. Room was good but the fridge was very noisy. The room needs to have some utensils like spoon to stir your hot drinks. There was no front desk staff the morning to find some information and to get a breakfast card Other the bad comments, it is good place for stay over for couple of nights. "

"We loved our log cabin, it was very spacious, the only thing that let it down was the bedspread smelled horrible so I suspect it hadn’t been washed in a long time. I ended up taking the duvet off the spare bunk bed because I thought I was going to gag. The kitchen facilities and bathrooms are great. The hot pools are awesome and the main reason I stay here.
